- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It's a long process just to talk to a representative. But the main reason why I'm not happy about honda finance is if you mention the word "uber" you'll get disqualified for a new vehicle. That's even if I have a well payed full time job like I do and only doing uber part time. I have a perfect record as of payment, been with toyota for more than 5 years without one missed payment and the same with honda. Personally, this is a case of discrimination imo. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They never answer the phone, as if no one works there. On hold 3 occasions for 40 min. Called during regular hours on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. OH... not to mention, during my car lease, my vehicle was stolen.. the police and honda would not doing anything.. So eventually I took action and actually found my car. No damage to car, and i still made my payments as usual while looking for vehicle. After i returned the lease ON TIME, they put a REPO status on my credit.
